Summary: In 1967, Bobby Gene Mullins killed his girlfriend, Carrie Ann Bryan Black, and then committed suicide. The two were living with their child, Stanley James Black (from Carrie’s former “husband” whom she married at age eleven) at Tiny Acres, a roller rink and apartment complex just west of Grinnell.
