A multi-layered project involving both Grinnell College and the Grinnell community was developed by Lesley Wright, Faulconer Gallery, to use art to explore the issues facing the agricultural community. Programs included site-specific artworks in the town, exhibitions at Faulconer Gallery and the Grinnell Community Art Gallery, a Weekend of the Arts, and various musical and dramatic performances. The program culminated in the presentation of an original choral work composed by Craig Naylor and performed by college and town choirs.
