Summary: Wayne Bagley, a student from State Center, Iowa, enrolled at Grinnell academy as a senior. Unable to adjust to the academic and social rigors of Grinnell, he disappeared mysteriously in 1899. In late March 1902, another student named Roy McNamara was reported missing. In May, McNamara was found and rejoiced with his family while Wayne Bagley continued to be missing and unaccounted for.
