Through 1969 alumni reunion coincided with commencement and programs are filed with commencement materials (75/[year]). From 1971 alumni reunions have been the first or second weekend after commencement, and general programs are filed in RG-Alum, Series 4. This collection is largely internal documents, memoranda, event posters, and newspaper clippings, organized as they appeared in the original files. There are three boxes in the series: general multicultural content, information pertaining more to the BCC, and a box of CDs and cassettes with photos from various events. Multicultural Student Organization has since changed names to Intercultural Student Organization, which continues to oversee student cultural organizations, like the BCC, SRC, AAA, and other such organizations.

Removed from collection: drawer of slides of photos selected from books, likely used in class or in some sort of presentation. The two books identified are The Black Book by W. A. Harris and The Image of the Indian and the Black Man in American Art, 1590-1900 by Ellswood Perry. Both books can be found in the shelves of Burling Library.

File 1 includes handbooks for student leaders for the groups and drafts of David Zeiss' (leader of GORP in the late nineties) rulebook for GORP leaders, along with other miscellaneous group notes, such as minutes from meetings
File 2 includes brochures and fliers for publicizing GORP
File 3 includes reference materials for the group, such as maps and routes for locations, and guidebooks on specific nature areas the group may have visited
File 4 includes a vast number of photos from many different outings, such as kayaking, climbing, spelunking, and hikes
File 5 includes two DVDs, one that consists of a slide presentation Zeiss gave, and the other being a collection of digital photos
