Extent

Background Note: The formation of a Community Education Council in 2008 provided leadership for the launching of “Bucket Courses,” advertised as offering things a person might want to learn before “kicking the bucket.” The goal of the CEC is to provide support for and coordinate community education in the Grinnell community. A major goal of the CEC in its first year was the recognition of WWII veterans. A book and a DVD resulted from this effort. Both Bucket Course DVDs and ACES (Adult Community Exploration Series) DVDs are here, with all ACES Course DVDs presently found organized by date at the back of Box #2.
