Located on the south side of 8th Ave. across form Darby Gym, and on the north side of 8th Ave. east of Darby. A total of 11 one-story buildings which had 41 family dwelling units, providing housing for married students 1946-1954. The buildings, army surplus, were obrained through the Federal Public Housing Authority, and were transferred from Camp Grant, Illinois. Furnishings came from various other military bases.
