Summary: In August of 1911, a baby was found by the Morrisons on the steps of Goodnow Hall. Dr. Pearl Somers helped the child, and the baby, given the name Paul, was adopted by Frank and Ida Harding. Paul Somers Harding died ten years later from bronchitis, and the Hardings subsequently left Grinnell and divorced.
