Younker Endowment and properties

Consists of some of the history of the two pieces of commercial property in the heart of Des Moines (307-309-311 Walnut St., northwest corner of Walnut and Fifth and 712-20 Mulberry, corner of 8th) from ca. 1895-1958. The property came to Grinnell college as part of the Younker Endowment in 1942.
