A 1930 memorandum from Phelps to Trevor Arnett of the General Education Board outlines the original agreement between the College and the Board and gives details of the college's financial situation over the ten years. Includes explanation of the purpose and activities of Grinnell College foundation.
The Hungate report on Grinnell College was a study of the funds, assets, and current deficits of the college. Hungate was Assistant to the President of the General Education Board, Trevor Arnett, and was later Auditor at Teachers College, Columbia University. He reorganized Grinnell's financial and accounting procedure in 1925.
