Through 1969 alumni reunion coincided with commencement and programs are filed with commencement materials (75/[year]). From 1971 alumni reunions have been the first or second weekend after commencement, and general programs are filed in RG-Alum, Series 4. No reunion was held in 1970; Alumni Association awards for 1970 were awarded at 1971 reunion. Arranged chronologically

Mission Statement: The purpose of the organization shall be: a) To promote international understanding, tolerance, and cooperation among cultures on campus and in the Grinnell community. b) To encourage all students to broaden their horizons and their exposure to international cultures. c) To provide a forum for discussion of current global issues. d) To act as a network group for members during their stay at Grinnell College and elsewhere in the community. Papers span the years of 2001-2004, and will be processed and added to as necessary. Provenance: Transferred to the Grinnell College Archives after 2001.

Mission Statement; The purpose of this organization shall be to develop strategies, implement procedures, and engage in activities that will positively impact the entire Grinnell Black Community and which facilitate the recreation and maintenance of the "sense of community" for persons who reside within the Grinnell community. Papers span the late 1990s, generally from around 1997 -1999, and are for the most part official publications, correspondence, or organizational documents relating to CBS.
